We needed a stairlift for my mum, i phoned AC Stairlifts and spoke with a lovely man Chris, who provided me with lots of information and arranged to visit our home to see which would be the most suitable option. When Chris arrived he was polite and kind he spoke with both myself and my brother but also took the time to speak with my mum, putting her at ease as she was a little scared of using a stairlift. Chris came back a couple of days later and in super quick time fitted the stairlift. Having this in our home has unbelievably improved my mums life and has given her more confidence and independence . The stairlift is neat and looks fine on our stairs it’s not big or bulky which is good. I encourage anyone needing a stairlift to use ACStairlifts, great product and excellent service.
