We phoned stairlift repairs for my mum who's old stair lift had gone, he was at my mums house in an hour measured and quoted her for another one and fitted it 2 days after, I just wanted people to know that they are fantastic, honest and very helpful and explained everything to my mum, if you want a reliable response and reasonable price give this company your first choice, mum is over the moon with her new stair lift, thank you again, I was definitely be recommending you to alot of my elderly customers

As is normally appears to be the way inportant things break or stop working on a Sunday. With my wife needing the stair lift that had stop ¾ of the way up stairs. I seached for repairs the big two came first got no joy on that Sunday but fortunately patricks number was there and he called my wife back put her mind at rest that it was more than likely batteries and not as expensive as we had first thought. He arranged to call around the following afternoon. Was very punctual and polite ,knowledgeable in what his trade is. It was as he thought the batteries which he replaced & gave the stair lift and track a full service. He left the stairs in a clean tidy state very professional. It's hard to find someone you can trust but I would definitely advise anyone needing this sort of service to call SRS. We will definitely be using patrick again for service as we go forward. Brilliant service came out last night as I could not get upstairs without a stairlift..did all he could to help..got me another one,and made sure everything was safe I would highly recommend this gentleman 👍
