We purchased our stairlift back in February 2026. Excellent customer service from Nora who made sure we were happy with the stairlift before it got fitted. Booking the fitting was a smooth process, Kirsty fitted the stairlift, very thorough and made sure we knew exactly how to use this. She went above and beyond. Overall super happy with the stairlift and excellent customer service - definitely recommend.
I'm very much pleased with my FlowX stairlift installed by AM Stairlifts from Nottingham. My staircase is too narrow for normal size chair so this company made it for me within 6 weeks as they had to order this type of stairlift from Germany. I would recomend AM Stairlifts as they were very efficient and as well helped me via phone when I had a question.
