I cannot express how dreadful they are I bought a wheelchair for a holiday use and the product broke down in the Airport. I sent them videos to show that the product is faulty but they said you did not use the cushion how irrelevant! I asked them in the store whether it bears my weight they said it does but then they said it was not suitable for me! do not use them at all…

Visited today for battery replacement for my valencia shoprider mobility scooter. Brilliant service dismantled my battery cases and fitted two new T35 batteries. Steven was very friendly and helpful. He checked my scooter over. He didn't charge me for fitting, and the batteries are very pocket friendly at £69 each with no vat as I'm registered disabled. I had to sign a disabled form. Highly recommend this shop for all your disability requirements.

Steven did a house call at very short notice & fixed my Quickie Salsa mini with his usual quiet competence. He charged a fair price and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

My 92-year-old mother's beloved Rise and Recline chair stopped working, which meant she had nowhere she could comfortably sit as she has severe arthritis. Ability Living came out, sorted out the problem, and didn't even charge (perhaps I shouldn't put this on a public review!). We are so grateful for the help, many thanks.
