Alton Mobility Services

I took my mobility scooter to this company. I had been told that it was not repairable but Alton Mobility successfully managed to repair it. I am very impressed and thankful and will definitely go back to Alton in the future. The staff were very friendly and obliging. Thank you very much.

What this bloke doesnt know about mobility scooters isn't worth knowing. Not a salesman in the slightest, just someone who wants to help customers. 5 stars

He's had my mobility scooter 2 weeks...still hasn't fixed it. Ok he's put on his reviews about me ...I was totally honest with him about my finances...I didn't refuse to pay I just said I can't afford at the moment..he called me thick etc ....I didn't say I was going through court for the work it was through his slander believe what you want ...his attitude was awful

Fantastic business! Took our scooter in at 11.30am, was contacted 2 hrs later and told it had been repaired! Excellent service and good value too! Thank you for repairing it so quickly, will definitely use again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Emergency repair was required. Tony responded quickly. Diagnosed the issue and carried out the repair efficiently. Very pleased. Highly recommended.

Sterling service as always from Tony. As ever I called him one day re: an urgent service for Mum's stairlift and he was able to come the next day. Polite and informative with no hidden charges we wouldn't think of going to anyone but him. Thanks so much Tony! 🙏

Wonderful service again from Tony. Came out to change battery on go-go this time. Arrived on time, very pleasant and efficient. Changed battery but not sure if fault on scooter or new battery. Came back AGAIN today, to change battery just to make sure. How's that for service!! Thank you very much Tony.
