BMF Mobility

Just like to say, we managed to hire a couple of scooters from BMF Mobility at short notice for a week at Center Parcs. Brandon kindly dropped them off at the lodge we were staying at. He went through the controls on how to operate the scooters and how to recharge the batteries if needed.He also picked them up from lodge after our stay. Many thanks.

I had a puncture on my mobility Scooter & my service people in Bedford. Left me stranded since Saturday. I got BMF phone number from my insurance company. At 5 o'clock this evening and by 7pm, I was up and running puncture repaired by 7.45pm. The service i got from Brendon is first class.

I can’t rate Brandon and BMF Mobility highly enough. After a 6 hour journey from Cornwall to Milton Keynes I discovered I had left my mobility scooter key at home. I phoned round several local mobility shops who couldn’t help, or in one case couldn’t let me pick up because they were mail order only. Brandon came to my rescue, not only having a matching scooter key but also delivering direct to my hotel. I can’t thank him enough as the following day I needed my scooter to attend a Buckingham Palace Garden Party. I would definitely recommend BMF Mobility as they clearly take customer happiness and wellbeing seriously.

Brandon gave a reasonable service obtaining wheels for the wheelchair then coming out after hours to fit them, so I had a chair for an appointment the following day. Polite and caring service reasonably priced. Then took 6 weeks to get bearings because wheels were wobbly. I was without the chair for all this time . Making appointments and not keeping them rescheduling them.

I’ve been dealing with Brandon now since April when I had a puncture in my only working scooter over a weekend and thankfully he was able to respond the following day on a Sunday!. We have 5 mobility scooters (4 class III’s and a boot scooter) which I expected two of them would needed scrapping, but Brandon managed to get both working at very little cost. He’s serviced them all and repaired them all and also provided new batteries for them all, all at a very reasonable cost. He has gone above and beyond to help me get them all back on the road. On a couple of occasions he had car trouble but always communicated with me if he was running late. He’s worked all hours including weekends and late in the evening to get things completed. I very highly recommend BMF mobility and Brandon, I won’t use anybody else now in the future!

Was very helpful. Got the part quickly and came out and repaired my scooter despite a vehicle problem and having to go back to Milton Keynes and then coming instead in his own car. Kept up to date on situation and was kind and friendly throughout. Definitely recommend

Very pleased with this company. We had a broken recliner/riser chair which needed a new part which took ages to arrive. Brendon came and did a quick fix for us to make the chair usable. When the part came it wasn’t as straightforward as we thought as there was another problem. This was quickly dealt with. My 95 year old father is delighted to have his chair back in working order. Friendly professional company who went out of their way to help.
