Caledonian Stairlifts

Caledonian Stairlifts is an independent family-owned stairlift company based in central Scotland, operating from Hamilton and East Kilbride. Established over 10 years ago, it provides maintenance and installation contracts to local authorities. The company offers both new and reconditioned products and is not aligned with any one manufacturer.

New products come with a one year's parts and labour warranty, while reconditioned products come with a parts and labour warranty. Its services cover most of Scotland, and it employs skilled hard-working engineers. The company offers straight and curved stairlifts, stairclimbers, hoist lifts, inclined platform lifts, through-floor lifts, wheelchair steplifts, external ramps, and power wheelchairs.

Caledonian Stairlifts handles stairlift servicing and installation work in Blantyre, and the two accounts available both focus on Robert. He is described as arriving on time and starting promptly, getting straight on with the job. Cleanliness after the visit is mentioned, with one customer noting that everything was left clean and tidy once the work was done.

The service itself is called brilliant, and Robert is named directly in both accounts and in a recommendation, which shows that customers remembered who attended and were pleased with the outcome. Both comments relate to servicing rather than to new installations or repairs.
