Visited the Leeds West Yorkshire showroom for 1st time and we were greeted by all the friendly staff Laura was brilliant, very patient friendly and couldn't do enough to make us feel at ease, showed us several mobility scooters and allowed us to test drive outside in car park. Although we were not ready to purchase a scooter there was no pushy attempt and even advised to look around, if we do purchase we will be going back here, genuine staff and knowledgeable

I visited the CareCo showroom in Leeds to look at mobility scooters and was impressed with the range of scooters offered there. However, as this would be my first scooter I needed advice on which would best meet my needs and requirements. Laura was on hand to offer advice and was able to explain the difference between to various models, their potentials , to give me written information and to answer my questions. With her guidance I felt able to make an informed choice. I was also encouraged to test drive scooters outside the showroom. She was clearly someone who had all the information I needed and with a friendly but professional manner she was very helpful. Having taken time to properly consider this purchase I contacted the showroom the following day and made my purchase.

So far I have found my experience of CareCo to be very positive. I felt very supported by Sarah in the Leeds store. She took me through all the different aspects of wheelchairs, explaining clearly, showing me how to use things safely and answering all my questions. I was shown a range of models across different price brackets, so I could make an informed decision. It's service like this that builds your trust in a company and based on my experience I'd consider using CareCo again.

Sarah was fantastic. Very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was very knowledgable about the different wheelchairs and really helped me decide which one was the best for me. I can’t fault the service I received 10/10, will definitely be returning in the future.

This is our 2nd purchase with care co Leeds, Sarah sales assistant showed us several scooters in our price range. Took them apart to show us could fit in our boot. Then left us to ponder and get her if wanted further advice or to buy. No pressure was made to buy. Very pleasant and knowledgeable lady about each scooter. Thank you Sarah for your assistance in picking the right scooter for me.

I was greeted by by Laura as I entered the shop, I asked about a toilet surround, Laura apologies that they hadn’t any on show but had one that I could see on computer and one that I could take home that day. Laura was very helpful, polite and well informed. The surround was easy to assemble when I got home, it fitted well and was better than the one it replaced, I wouldn’t hesitate to return for anything else.

My father has just given up his car so we were looking for a mobilty scooter for him. We received a lovely, friendly welcome from Ginda who first of all gave us a brief description of all the different types of scooter in order to establish what Dad would be using it for. After that she showed us a few that would be suitable, made a few comparisons and then we watched as Dad was drawn to one in particular. At no point did Ginda try to sell us a particular one, based on price or special offers etc Once he was sitting on it and found it comfortable, Ginda took him through all the controls then invited him to drive it out of the showroom and around the car park. Each time he came back she'd show him how to adjust the speed and try it again with lots of different settings. Then she sent him off to drive up a dropped curb, turn around and come back. She was very good at standing back and giving him time while knowing exactly when to step in and gently remind him of a certain control etc. She even got him to drive it back into the showroom and reverse park it back on the display! Ginda was brilliant at making sure he'd tried every manouvre and we could see that Dad was enjoying it and also becoming very comfortable with the one he'd chosen. We all then sat down and she talked him through the warranty, insurance etc and answered all his questions, talked him through all the paperwork and gave timescales of exactly what would happen next. I genuinely don't think we could have had a better experience and won't hesitate in returning in the future if he needs more mobility aids. Thanks, Ginda!
