CareCo Newcastle

Visit the Newcastle shop to and was helped by Lisa the sale assistant. Lisa wasn’t pushy but was very helpful when asked for her help. She was very patient and caring with my dad leading to my dad buying a chair to meet all of his needs and my mam was able to purchase a floor lamp which will help when she’s reading her books. Thank you for support during our visit.

Leoni greeted us on entering the store and asked how she could help. We explained we were looking for a mobility scooter that would fit into the car boot. She advised that she had just started working there that week but pointed us towards the range of scooters that would suit our needs. She appeared confident and knowledgeable about the different versions. We asked about another scooter we had looked at online and she pointed us toward that one and other scooters in the range. She offered us a test of a couple of scooters in the store, fitting a battery to one to try out. When she wasn't sure about information she was confident to ask her colleagues for help. She was very kind and approachable and did not force us towards any particular option allowing us to make our own decision. We agreed to buy a scooter and she offered us a seat to go through the purchase. She had to ask a colleague to help her through the insurance part of the purchase but appeared competent in what she was being told. The whole experience was very positive and we would recommend CareCo Blaydon. All staff were friendly and helpful.

The quality of the service and advice was excellent. Dawn was fabulous - no pressure to buy just honest, friendly information on the product I was testing. The rest of the team were also chatty and friendly whilst I was in the store.

Tina was very helpful, clear and communicated well. Tina supported us by showing how a mobile aid can be dismantled and helped us test in store. All the information relayed was easy to understand insurance was offered and accepted.

We were well looked after as soon as we walked into the showroom. The salesperson Lauraine was both friendly and very helpful. Finding the right scooter was technically difficult, however it was sorted by Lauraine most satisfactorily and after being offered a cup of tea, we paid for the scooter and it was loaded into our car. Brian is very pleased with his purchase, thank you Care Co for your kind and helpful assistance.

Thank you Lisa for her attention, help and knowledge in explaining the all the features about folding power wheelchairs. It was very much appreciated in this crowded market. CareCo systems worked well and efficiently and within 24 hours of entering the Blaydon showroom I was out on my first trip in my new power chair. Thank you Lisa and all who were involved at CareCo.

Gary in the Newcastle store couldn’t have been more helpful. Approachable and friendly and patient he showed us various models of recliner chairs for my mum and left us to play around with them and sit in them etc. There wasn’t a Heritage in the showroom but he showed us the equivalent and quickly sourced the heritage model online for us. What we both liked was there was no hard sales talk , no pushing to get the most expensive product and no trying to convince us we needed to take out the 5 year insurance cover. The whole process was so easy , quick and efficient. We couldn’t believe it when the chair was delivered the very next morning and my mum was sitting in it , delighted by 10.30 am !
