Great experience, perfect riser recliner chair purchased for my husband, a bit expensive but will be worth every penny to make his life more comfortable. Served by Laura who was very helpful and charming.
The sales lady was very informative ,she apologised a few times for being new to the job and still learning herself.but she was very pleasant and helpful. The offer of a cold water drink helped alot . Well done
I eas very impressed with the help we received to try out a scooter. I was able to practise inside the shop and outside. we were given plenty of time and Adam showed my son in law how to dismantle the scooter for transport. This is my second product that i have bought here and i do reccomend CareCo.
Adam was very attentive and helpful, taking us through the various options, giving advice and doing a comprehensive demonstration of the scooter we ended up buying. The showroom is well laid out and a pleasant place to be. We were pleased with out visit and outcome, and now await delivery or our purchase on Tuesday.
Today my Wife (Susan) and I visited CareCo at Maybush Corner, Shirley as Sue had determined it was time for her to buy a stroller. We were asisted in the purchase by Benjamin Bridger, who was kind, couteous, helpful. patient, and friendly. The whole experience was delightful and any questions/concerns we had were addressed in full and our minds put at rest. I would recomend this outlet, and in particular the services of Benjamin and his colleagues, to others making similar considerations about their mobility support. It was a satisfying experience resulting in a purchase that Sue was happy with. It will be delivered on Monday 8th, giving her time to get used to her aquisition before going on holiday.
