The engineer Steve was fantastic.He arrived at the stated time .He talked through what he was doing throughout the time he was working on the lift.He explained what the problem was .At the end of the job he explained what we had to do for the same problem not to occur again. There was also things stuck in the lift which my grandchildren had thrown in which he also took out.The price was also very reasonable compared to other companies that I had checked out .Thank you so much Steve and Darrell for this fantastic work.I would definitely recommend.

Excellent price and very efficient service in getting a lift sorted within a few days. Particularly complicated as we needed to coordinate somebody to be at the house at a certain time which was achieved without drama. Thanks.

Stairlift quoted on Thursday (from photographs of the stairs provided by me); ordered on Friday and fitted the following Tuesday. At every stage Castle Comfort Stairlifts acted swiftly and professionally. The installation took one hour by a skilful and courteous engineer. I cannot fault the service given by this company.

I contacted Castle Comfort on new years eve with a major fault issue with my father in laws stairlift. The problem was made worse due to him having a fall in the bedroom which possibly required medical attention. The company did there very best to try to to talk me through the possible problems and solutions. Unfortunately these didn't resolve the issue ans it was obvious a call out would be required. Due to the bank holiday they were not able to get anyone out until Wednesday. Although the issue was not resolved I would like to thank Castle Comforts for doing there very best at no charge. They say Christmas is time for goodwill and Castle Comforts certainly demonstrated this. Many Thanks Rob Somerville

My elderly neighbour returned home last week from a long spell in hospital to find his stairlift not working. I spoke to Keith on Saturday morning and he was really most helpful. I'm so grateful for his guidance over the phone which got my neighbour's stairlift up and running again. He clearly has a vast knowledge and understanding of this type of equipment and I would not hesitate to recommend Castle Comfort Stairlifts. Moms old stairlift went faulty on the thursday. We rang castle comfort stairlifts and by friday p.m. the old one was removed and a new one had been fitted. The engineer arrived at the specified time and the old one taken out and replaced within two hours. Overall a professional and first class job was carried out in very quick time. Moms new chair is first class, works well and easy to operate. A big thankyou to keith and his team for a job well done.
