Great service quick and friendly

From first contact to final fitting, I cannot fault Castle Comfort Stairlifts Ltd and I was most impressed by the lack of pressure to commit to a purchase. From a few photographs I took, I received a very reasonable quote. Personal phone contact by the directors and helpful contact from the office staff confirmed critical details. There was no problem when I requested delayed fitting until a new stair carpet could be fitted. As soon as that was done the stairlift was expertly fitted and demonstrated by a very competent engineer. Since installation some three months ago, it has worked flawlessly and has been an absolute life changer. Quality of construction is excellent and I look forward to long and satisfying use. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

With one phone call and a few photo's my mums stairlift was replaced within days. At last a company that's a pleasure to do business with. Top notch service all round.
