Chelsea reached out to us shortly after we arrived to confirm delivery and the scooter arrived just in time. The delivery person was pleasant and instructed us clearly on operation of the scooter. When we wanted to extend our rental one more day, Chelsea was immediately responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend Chelsea’s Rentals and will definitely utilize them should we ever make it back to London.
Exceptional customer service. Chelsea and James went above and beyond from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Having never used a mobility scooter before I was a bit apprehensive but they made the whole experience easy and stress free. Genuinely lovely people who care about their customers. I would very highly recommend them to anyone looking to hire mobility aids.
I rented a powered wheelchair for 2 days, and the whole experience was excellent throughout. The booking was simple and had several options for collection/delivery and timings. I collected from store which was only 10 minutes from paddington station. I was shown how to use the chair, how to fold it and given advice on charging. I had contact details in case of any problems and they made me feel really confident. I would highly reccomend anyone looking for a wheelchair/scooter rental place in london to use chelsea rentals.

Without Chelsea's Rentals I wouldnt have been able to volunteer for Pride in London over the weekend. They are the friendliset people I have meet and so welcoming. I will definitely use them ago. Thank you for everyrthing you do in assisting the community to be more accessible.
We booked with Chelsea’s rentals online and it went super smooth. We were able to pick up the stroller directly from them and it was super easy. Everything was great and I really recommend this place if you are in need of a stroller and want it to be easy. We will definitely book from here again!
Chelsea and team are incredibly communicative and helpful. Rented a portable baby crib for friends visiting. There ended up needing to be a second delivery as the first delivery didn’t have all the pieces but it was rectified immediately with no issues. Highly recommend if you or someone visiting needs something short term.
