Dolphin Mobility Manchester

Dolphin Mobility Manchester is part of the Dolphin Lifts Group of companies. It provides lifting solutions to the North West of England and supplies stairlifts to the North West of England and North Wales. The company supplies, installs and maintains stairlifts, mobility hoists and access lifts. It employs its own local engineers and has remained an independent company. Dolphin Mobility Manchester has a showroom in Eccles with a selection of straight and curved stairlifts for people to try.

Prompt attention and considerate handling of urgent breakdowns emerge as the strongest themes in feedback about this Eccles-based stairlift specialist. Customers in several reviews describe how quickly a service visit was arranged after a telephone call, with an engineer named Jacob turning up promptly and completing the work at what was felt to be a reasonable price. Praise also centres on Claire, credited with arranging a replacement chairlift after a mother-in-law's existing lift stopped working, staying on late into the evening to sort out the details.

Several accounts note the friendly manner of the staff and the sense that the company is straightforward and pleasant to deal with from the first contact through to the finished job. The work itself is described as thorough and neatly carried out, with no disruption left behind, and the advice given on the appropriate equipment is valued. Communication before and after the visit comes up often, with customers noting that they were kept informed and that problems were resolved without fuss. The lasting impression is of a responsive local firm whose engineers and office team alike are remembered by name for their helpfulness when a stairlift breaks down and needs swift replacement.
