Dunstable Mobility

Dunstable Mobility draws repeated praise for the patience and knowledge of its team, with Ghandi, Gayathri and Gathri named by reviewers as friendly, courteous and quick to help. Customers describe buying mobility scooters, lightweight wheelchairs and replacement parts for powered chairs, and they frequently mention the advice given when choosing a suitable model, including guidance shaped by an understanding of a knee injury. Something that features in review after review is the value on offer, with reviewers noting fair prices and a good standard of equipment, alongside attentive service before and after a purchase.

One account describes a scooter fault diagnosed remotely after a video was requested, resolved in a short time, while others recall staff going out of their way to track down a needed product. The friendly, patient manner shown to family members shopping on someone else's behalf also features in the feedback, as does help sourcing spares for electric wheelchairs whose makers have ceased trading. The result is a picture of a local supplier whose help with scooters, wheelchairs and hard-to-find components supports customers in regaining independence and comfort.
