I can not thank Easyste enough for fitting a Stair Lift so quickly. My 90 yr old father was due to come out of hospital after several falls. Afte my initial call they came out and fitted it within 72 hours which took a load off my mind. This company was recommended by a friend. Mark was very good , helpful , answered all my questions.was told I would receive a quote by the end of the day , it took about 40 mins I think. The next week I had the stairlift fitted, very pleased with the service from start to finish , would definitely recommend . An excellent service from 1st contact to installation, very straightforward, extremely competitive and no minimum term. The DIY survey tool saves days and is easy to use. Sally sorts the paperwork and then Will turns up, does a very neat fuss free build and then gives a patient, comprehensive introduction. Can't fault anything. Pretty rare these days.

Excellent service throughout, the process of getting a quote is very easy and installation was quick and smooth. Stair lift itself is in great condition. Sally from sales team was a delight to coordinate with, also Luke (engineer) arrived on time and installed the lift within an hour and was very friendly and knowledgeable.
