I purchased a mobility aid from your skelmersdale store.the sales team absolutley brilliant.however the machine is faulty engineer came out promptly assesed problem ordered part.this was 5weeks a go.still waiting for repair.i thought this machine was to help mobility not hinder.cant use the scooter which means for weeks ive been housebound.not good enough EDEN.would i recomend this company no i would not.

I cannot praise this service enough. They can’t do enough for you, very helpful and efficient. Great guy who has made such a difference to my dad and our family as a whole. Thank you so much.

Eden Mobility - Scunthorpe Your review is pending.Read more T bergin 24 reviews GB 🚫 My mother rented a mobility scooter… 🚫 My mother rented a mobility scooter from eden mobility on the 28th April and was told it would be delivered but this date changed a few times and she eventually received the scooter after using the scooter 5 times she felt the scooter was a bit unstable so she asked if she could upgrade (bigger wheel version) They charged my mother £100 to end the contract to start another contract with a new scooter on the 26th May the new scooter was delivered a few weeks later when the scooter arrived it was faulty The delivery man phoned the office to inform them and was told to leave the scooter with my mum but later that day was picked back up and a lady from the eden office told my mum she would call her back to keep her informed 6 WEEKS LATER and nothing no call nothing Then the scooter was delivered back to my mum untouched with the same fault & my mother was told an engineer would be calling to address the fault the engineer arrived 5 days later and told my mum the fault could not be fixed and a new facia/part was needed this was the 28th May and to this present day my mum has been without a scooter whilst still paying for a item that isn't fit for purpose under the sales of goods act 👎 Since the new part was fitted theres a new issue as the scooter won't charge and the charge display is faulty and there is no way of knowing how much charge it has so the scooter is unusable as my mum wont take the chance incase it runs out of charge whilst out & about My mum rang motobility and they have told her that Eden have honoured their part if the scooter is repaired & she can not come out of the agreement even though Eden's scooter was not repaired and is not fit for purpose and eden have not honoured there agreement my mum has called them on numerous occasions with the promise of getting a call back its now been 9 weeks in total and my mum still hasn't got a usable scooter when speaking to the eden office she was met by unsympathetic & unprofessional customer service who when told she was going to complain the customerservice agent simply said "Yeah you can do that" I called to see my mum today 20th july to find her in tears & extremely upset my 71 year old mum suffers from a cerbellum brain condition and has severe arthritis in both knee's 9 weeks of payments to eden for a scooter that is not fit for purpose, I think this is disgusting behaviour and we as a family are looking into legal action with a solicitor and a full complaint going into to the DWP & Motobility services My mum has lost all confidence in Eden & the scooter Date of experience: 20 July 2025

Well it started off all good and well the honeymoon period as 1 would say.Only soon to be slightly disappointed is underestimated because i was fuming after my mobile scooter came across a few problems so needed to be fixed. So that's when we soon fell out of love after leaving me waiting for parts with no mobility scooter for 6 months. I had to have my poor friend run me around everywhere in he's car and going in shops for me. The poor person was absolutely kn3car3d and I'm a amputee with serious emthsimia copd and going in and out hospital all the time it's awfull. I couldn't even get a curtisy scooter neither as there was none available for me only a waiting list that a good few people were waiting on. Then huray my part finally come 6 month's later only to be told the guy who fixes the scooters can't fit me in for another week. So ok I've waited this long so. Anyway the guy finally got here it took him ages to strip the scooter to then be told" THEVE SENT YOU THE WRONG PART" Omg you couldn't make it up. Then that took another 2 months scrounging lifts paying for petrol or people to run errands for me. And finally got the part and the same day realised it wasent running corectly so had to ring them back to be told the guy who does the repairs in your area won't be available till next week. Wow. At last my scooter was actually finally fixed like 8 months nearly all in all. Wow i actually fell asleep when the repair guy had gone😅. So sorry Eden mobility is defantly a game changer for me I can't believe that disabled people sick poorly old and veterans are allowed to be treated in this way its awfull. It's awfull for working people paramedics police nurses nhs ect it's a rotten shame what our once beautifull country is turning into. I diddnt say look weekday our country has turned into i chose my words carefully and said "IS TURNING INTO" because i truly belive its not to late and we can change it around. I just wish keir starman would please hear our costs. I no you've had a difficult life keir. So use this position you've been blessed with for the better not the worse. It's not everybody else's fault things went on keir. Please help us all instead of making enemy's do something positive for us all to start having faith in you hope in you. But ill not go down that rabbit hole. Were was I? Oh yeah that's it. Eden motorbility take a wide birth from 1 star only Eden i wouldn't even give you that if it would let me. Soz.🤗🤗

Excellent service. I would recommend Bolton store. They lady in the store is very helpful and welcoming. I love my scooter.
