Staff helpful and friendly and prompt delivery.

The salesperson was very good at her job. It was difficult ro get in the front door of the shop in a wheelchair because of a steep ramp and then there was a manual door at the top. Entry to this store can be a big problem for some disabled people and is something that needs fixing. The salesperson was, however, very helpful and she demonstrated a high level of knowledge about the products. She listened to my requirements, took me through the options and made a sale. In summary, the staff were very good but please can someone fix the entrance.

Anna at the Southampton branch is an absolute credit to your company name. She was very knowledgeable. Helpful, empathic to our needs. I could not have asked for more. Undoubtedly the best customer service I have ever received. 5* treatment from a 5* salesperson. Many thanks Anna1
