So do your research before purchesing. Obviously they have put the wrong information on google so ring 1st but Apparently to them exchanging a item is buying the item which is the 1st ive heard off. then they say they do buy to sell, of the supplier but nothing on google stating that. Just be aware people look at prices and compare.
very dissapointed with scooter. uncomfortable , noisy and far to expensive . very noisy when charging .

We travelled quite a long way to go to Elite Mobility because I was most interested in a Mini Crosser, and I discovered that they sold them. I wanted a Mini Crosser because I am tall with long legs, and have bad hips that don’t like being cramped. I was very impressed by how professional and helpful and nice the staff at Elite were, and we bought a new one from them. I absolutely love it. They are always helpful when I ring with queries. Since then, my mother needed a mobility scooter and tried a few, but eventually we realised that she (who is of similar build to me) would also do best with a Mini Crosser. She managed to buy a nearly new one from Elite, which suits her very well, and she loves hers too. Once I managed to take mine over to her and we went out together on them. I would very much recommend Elite Mobility, including their scooter servicing, ability to come to you, and their range. It was head and shoulders above other shops we visited beforehand. Many thanks to the whole team!
