KSK SAIRLIFTS

Professionalism and genuine care from Kal, the engineer named throughout the feedback, define the experience from initial assessment through to fitting and servicing. Quick responses recur, including one account of a late-night call when a stairlift showed an error message and an engineer arrived within two hours, lending batteries to keep a father safe until replacements were supplied. Workmanship is a constant theme, with methodical installation, precision and attention to detail described, along with meticulous tidiness, one neighbour remarking on how thoroughly the area was cleaned afterwards.

Explanations of the controls, full demonstrations and clear handover information come up often. Fair and reasonable pricing, reliability and punctuality, and a friendly, helpful manner are noted repeatedly. New and refurbished stairlift installations feature in the accounts, as do servicing and repair work with parts and batteries fitted on follow-up visits. Customers describe regaining independence and confidence, with patience shown to elderly users appreciated. Janet Holme is among those who would pass the recommendation on to friends and family.
