I would recommend this dealer, genuine local service.
The service engineer that came to service my stair lift was extremely thorough, tidy and efficient. I’m very happy.
This company has serviced both of my scooters for the last twelve years, one big one, and a smaller one for shops, they phone me up to tell me when they need servicing, as when you get old, you forget these things, always prompt and efficient, and a pleasure to deal with, especially the lady who answers the phone, any problems speak to Tom and he will sort it, last week I bought a new scooter from them and Tom advised which one would suit my needs best, great company to deal with, and a great scooter, cannot praise this company enough.
Fantastic service, friendly and helpful. Straight forward, competitively priced and honest. A long established company well respected and trustworthy. Another year on, Meadow Mobility have just completed our annual service. Still the best in the business. I would like to thank Tom and Mike for chasing up a repair for us, nothing gets missed :)
I had a problem with the brakes on my husband's wheelchair, I phoned up, and they were so adaptable to my full time carer timing, Thank you so much Tom, you have always sorted any problems in the past too. The company gives an excellent service.
(posted on behalf of my wife) Tom at Meadow Mobility was very helpful the other day when a pin had broken off in my mobility scooter battery charger's connector plug. I was staying with my daughter's family in St Albans on grandchildren duty, and none of us knows anything about batteries or chargers. My husband ordered a replacement charger for next day delivery from Amazon, but it appeared not to be working. Shopmobility in St Albans couldn't help, but gave me Meadow Mobility's phone number. My husband called them and Tom, who answered, confirmed immediately that they could help, and said I should go to the shop with the battery and the two chargers. I could get a bus to Hemel Hempstead, but then it has to be a taxi to the Meadow Mobility shop if, like me, you don't drive. Tom immediately identified the problem as a blown fuse in the battery and replaced it. He made no charge. Thank you Tom and Meadow Mobility for saving the situation efficiently and supportively! And another very important thing - My scooter is no longer being manufactured but it is so much better for me than the scooters available now. The mobility shops around where I live have all refused to service a model that is no longer made, but Meadow Mobility said they can repair it if I can source the parts required. This makes Meadow Mobility stand out beyond other mobility shops.
