From start of enquiry to fitting of stairlift very pleased and would highly recommend. Communication from Rachel in the office to the service engineer was excellent. Would also say stairlift fitted within days much to the delight of my father who now can go upstairs.

Wow! what a fantastic service we have had from Midland Stairlifts: from contacting them Tuesday morning , to Dave the engineer popping in late afternoon to check the stairs : to installation on the Thursday with James. My dad came out of hospital and the stairs were a major problem... Not to Midland Stairs Team : Reconditioned straight Stairlift installed. Big Shout out to Rachel who explained everything and totally got the importance of a very very quick installation. After various companies coming out to give quotes and being let down because we were told nothing would fit our staircase so went with Midland Stairlifts came out promptly on the day and measured up for two stairlifts and we opted for Flow x model, the customer service from Midland stairlift team was excellent from start to finish, big thank you to Rachel for the numerous phone calls and emails and to Tony for fitting the stairlift you’ve made my Dad so happy he loves it.
