They are not in South Gosforth. Have moved to behind Metrocentre.

Superb attention. Great staff. Honest and fair. Unbeatable in the North.

Absolute 5 Star Service from Mobility Direct. My Grandma moved back into the area and was already part of the Motability Scheme. After speaking to the local stores, my Grandma transferred her lease to Mobility Direct, which was clearly the right choice, because they were able to attend, to repair her power chair within 24 hours, enabling her to collect her much needed prescription. Having independence at her age is super important and we are so grateful to the company for helping her out. Thankyou to Martyn for helping her out on his route home.

If I could leave zero I would. Staff completely ignored me even when I asked about a scooter. I can only imagine what the after sales care would be like! Avoid. I went elsewhere.

As with most businesses it depends which salesman you speak to. They offer a good range of mobility scooters, wheelchairs and disability aids. They offer home visits and trials of the equipment. The prices are reasonable and staff knowledgeable.
