Excellent company, supplied & fitted to my mother in laws property. Highly recommend. UPDATE: Unfortunately this company owes my family money for the stair lift they bought off us.

I had an excellent experience with Nottinghamshire Stairlifts and felt it was important to share just how impressed I was with their service. After my stairlift developed a fault, I contacted the team and they responded incredibly quickly. The engineer arrived promptly, was polite and professional, and Ryan clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He diagnosed the issue and carried out the repair to a very high standard. What stood out most was the care and attention given throughout the visit. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt reassured at every step. The stairlift is now working perfectly again, and I couldn’t be more relieved. It’s not always easy to find reliable and trustworthy service, but Nottinghamshire Stairlifts exceeded my expectations. I got a stair lift put in for my nana she struggles to get down the stairs and up, I just want to say a massive thank you you the young lad Ryan for doing a excellent job and also being very polite and friendly went above and beyond making her a cuppa tea and even had a chat with her what a guy!!

So pleased with my new stairlift , it's given me quality of life back. Very aesthetically pleasing easy to use and comfortable to ride on, no effort required. The contact at firm very helpful, the engineers came out and measured up and they were the ones who fitted it , and remembered my request of not to take of the banister rail. The fitters were very considerate, got on with their job , made no mess , took away all the packaging and explained how to work it. Watched me use it a few times, made sure I was happy before leaving. Definitely recommend, Thank-you to all involved 👍👌having said this 2 years ago I am now trying to contact regarding some noise matters, it has 3 years maintenance and no one has contacted me after 5 voice mails, 1 e mail and a gentleman telling me he would check the diary and get back to me, I'm wondering if they are avoiding me for some reason really concerned about after care now, I could get stuck when on my own

Edited to make the owner happy 😀 My grandad has tried calling this company a number of times as my nanna has a 1 year warranty with them but they won’t answer the phone to come out and fix it. She is 82 with fractures and struggles to use the stairs but obvs the warranty can only be used if they answer the phone. My original review was about me calling them but it’s my grandad that wrote the review so the company believe I have tried calling them but it’s not me, it’s my grandad. Because I said it was me and not my grandad they are refusing the visit him and have pretty much voided the warranty. They said they haven’t had any missed calls but he has been calling the number on his warranty for repairs and nobody has made an effort to call him back. He then wrote a letter a to them and sent it by recorded delivery but they said they haven’t received it. Very odd? But because of this review and the fact I said ‘I’ had called and not my grandad, they won’t go and visit him which is such a shame for an elderly couple. Anyway, if you don’t use email or have access to internet then it’s hard to get in touch with this company! Hope this review makes the owner happier as he was very angry at my previous review 😀

Super fast service, enquiry on the Saturday morning, photo sent, Saturday afternoon, Tuesday phone call to arrange for installation at mom and dad's house, fitted Wednesday using it Wednesday pm, they are getting to use all the house again,they both have difficulty in getting up stairs and walking any distance at all,, they are happy with the installation, I won't be putting any photos of the works as it there home,,,, a+++, Nottinghamshire stair lift

This was a curved stair lift for mom and dad In law,, I phoned and spoke with Paul on Saturday, sent some photos of the hall and stairs Saturday afternoon and sent to Paul, he called me back shortly afterwards to confirm price, I spoke with family members, gave the go ahead late Saturday and the stairlift was all fitted and demonstrated on the Wednesday lunchtime, so fast service, mom and dad happy, paid when all done by card, so a good job done by all,,, a+++++
