Premier Stairlift

Premier Stairlift is a family business based in Leicestershire. It specialises in providing straight, curved and reconditioned stairlifts to homes across the Midlands. The company works with customers, their families or local councils to provide bespoke stairlift solutions. It offers home or virtual surveys at a time convenient for the customer and provides a free no-obligation quote. Reconditioned stairlifts come fully serviced and with the Premier Guarantee. Its sister company, Premier Mobility, supplies a wide range of mobility accessories.

Politeness and helpfulness come through strongly in the feedback for this stairlift supplier and installer, with staff described as friendly and informative from first enquiry through to completed fitting. A customer thanks Joe and his assistant by name after a new stairlift was installed, expressing delight with the outcome, while another account of the whole process, from ordering through to installation, singles out the two engineers, Kieran and Tom, as excellent.

One thing mentioned again and again is a straightforward, well-run service in which those involved explain what will happen and then carry it out considerately. Against that, one contributor raises a safety concern about a van driver using a phone on the M1, calling it a poor advertisement for the business and unsafe. The pattern that emerges is of installation work and customer care that most reviewers rate highly, with the conduct of a driver on the road counted as a notable exception. The finished result, a new stairlift in the home, prompts particular satisfaction, and those named in feedback are Joe, Kieran and Tom.
