The most amazing, professional service from Peter who came to my house for initial survey and quote and followed the next day by Tim who did installation. Prestige Stairlift When I found out that I was getting a stairlift I didn’t know what to expect, everything was going well until the motherboard on the chair wasn’t working properly it wouldn’t charge the chair so I was told they would have to get another chair. The fitters were disappointed as they tried everything they could to get in working. They promised me that a fitter would be out at 7pm with another chair . To be honest I was a little doubtful but Peter turned up just gone 7pm with another chair, I was over the moon, I haven’t been to bed in over two years, I’ve been sleeping on a recliner so you can imagine how I felt. Peter left at 9pm, Thanks 🙏🏻 Peter for coming out late at night and finishing fitting my stairlift for me and a BIG Thank You 🙏🏻 to Prestige Stairlifts for fitting my stairlift for me and helping me to get back to bed. A very polite pleasant bunch of people I have met in a while that went out of their way to make my dream come true. Thanks

From start to finish Prestige Stair lifts have been excellent to deal with. Very quick response to our initial enquiry and a survey within a couple of days with Peter, who is both knowledgeable, friendly and highly professional. Following our agreement, both Peter and Scott were back a few days later and fitted the stair lift in an hour with absolute no fuss. A great handover followed and we have the security of a 2 year warranty. Don't bother enquiring to national adverts, go local ((Bexhill) to Prestige and you will have no regrets.
