Re-Cycle Mobility - RCB Mobility

We needed a particular type of wheelchair quickly after being let down by a different company. I spoke to Frank at 3.30pm on Wednesday, discussed our needs and paid for the chair online. Frank arrived at 11am today (Thursday). What a service, polite, profession, helpful and extremely competent. He set up and adjusted the chair so that Mum was comfortable and properly supported. I can only recommend at the highest level. Thank you Frank.

Frank is incredibly knowledgeable about wheelchairs and goes out of his way to help you and give excellent advice and support. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Recently used RCB Mobility for a purchase and wheelchair repair. The owner Frank was brilliant, he is obviously very experienced in both maintenance and product knowledge. He is also very professional, flexible, kind and caring. Frank went out of his way to look after me working late on a Saturday to ensure my wheelchair was functional at a very fair price. No pushy sales techniques and he has a friendly attitude that inspires trust. I could not recommend Frank and RCB mobility enough and will definitely use him again for all my mobility needs.

I am a cynic. It is very hard to please me. But sometimes... I contacted Frank with an interest in one of his wheelchairs. He advised me why that might not be the best choice and then quickly contacted me with a better chair. We discussed the chair and my requirements and he ordered parts and customised it to my exact specification. Nothing was too much trouble and I feel I got a real bargain from a truly wonderful company. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Frank at RCB enough. From pre-sales advice all the way through to after sales care, he went above and beyond usual levels of customer care. We won’t be going anywhere else in the future.

Exceptional service from Frank from initial enquiry through to delivery and set up. He is very knowledgeable about the products and caring and considerate in making sure everything is just right. He took the time to train the care home staff in the use of the wheelchair, make all necessary adjustments to it and wanted to ensure all details were just right before leaving the home. Amazing service from Frankie, from start to finish. Sells virtually unused mobility equipment and honest decent prices. Even went to hassle of getting it shipped to Ireland, packaged safe and secure. AAA**** service, products and amazing honest knowledgeable Frankie!! Cheers again.
