I had a great experience from Fathima at the guest services in Westfield Stratford City. She assisted me well. She was very helpful.
I visited Westfield Stratford city yesterday for shopping with my family and little son. I spent 20 minutes looking around for a kiddy car on all the floors by using the lift as there’s not much information regarding it, but this is not the case. I have finally found one in the lower ground floor, which later found out that is guest services reception, but nobody was around when I got off the lift. I was checking the kiddy car if it’s free or how it actually works as I repeat again there ain’t much information about them. So, the receptionist called CARL’ comes out from the reception and loudly telling me; ‘What are you doing?’. Like I’m a thief, he made me feel humiliated, instead of explaining nicely how things works. I’m like, I was looking for a kiddy car which I finally found but I don’t know how it works. He was like, no no you have to pay for it. I said that’s exactly what I was trying to find out. He said he has to see the kid which he made me facetime my wife to show him, and then changed his mind asking for them to come all the way there to see them face to face. By the way my son doesn’t look nothing like 1.20 cm. In our conversation he kept calling me ‘Boss’ which is not professional and me feel uncomfortable, where he called someone else in the queue ‘Sir’ next to me because they looked more British as I’m more Mediterranean looking. Shouldn’t I feel discriminated? Please learn to treat people fairly, and don’t judge anybody by the way they look. You don’t know how this can ruin someone’s day.

Really good service just needs to be based in the car park
