excellent service , great work and excellent value for money, would highly recommend, many thanks

My parents had a reconditioned stair lift fitted today. They are extremely pleased with the outstanding service received from Keith. He responded quickly to their initial enquiry and was incredibly helpful and within less than a week the stair lift has been fitted personally by Keith. As customers, my parents could not have not asked for a better service. Thank you so much for providing such a swift, cost effective and efficient service for my parents, who otherwise were struggling to get upstairs due to reduced mobility. The service was outstanding and we would highly recommend this company and the product to anyone who is considering purchasing a stairlift. My parents were so grateful for Keith's help at what has been a difficult time for them. He has Made their home much more accessible once again.

Superb product and excellent service. Keith cannot do enough for you and would highly recommend them.

Called Keith for an SOS for my elderly parents stairlift one evening. Lovely chap, called round and fixed the following morning, such a huge relief he was able to sort out so quickly as it was a major safety concern. Highly recommend.

Totally SUPERB service from the very start to the very end. We had several quotes from the "nationals" then contacted Keith for a comparison quote. Keith came same day (from Poole to Totton!!) to quote and explained all options clearly and concisely with zero pressure or salesmans "waffle" (as experienced sadly from the other companies) My Mother's stairlift was installed today, ready for her return home, and it was done in a swift, efficient manner with minimal hassle and the resulting installation is fantastic in all regards. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND on all levels.
