Stairlift Medics

Stairlift Medics is a family-owned and operated business based in North West Leicestershire. It has been serving the community for over a decade. The company supplies and fits new straight and curved stairlifts using manufacturer-trained engineers; these come with a 3-year parts and labour warranty and a lifetime motor warranty.

Re-conditioned stairlifts are fitted with brand new batteries, fully reconditioned in Stairlift Medics' workshop, and carry a 1-year parts and labour warranty. Its main services include stairlift repair, installation, servicing, and removal. PCB repairs are offered with a 12-month warranty and same-day repair for PCB issues.

Stairlift installations and repairs form the core of the work described by customers of this Coalville-based specialist, and the recurring theme in feedback is the conduct of Chris, the named member of staff who appears throughout the accounts. Customers writing about their orders describe a straightforward process from the initial visit, where options are discussed and measurements taken, through to fitting, with no pressure applied and no hidden costs emerging at the end.

More than one review highlights punctuality, tidy workmanship and a professional finish, and the speed of installation is a point that comes up often, including one instance where a lift was fitted within days of the first enquiry and another where a breakdown repair was attended on New Year's Day.

The equipment itself is praised for being tailored to the user's weight, height and build, and for restoring everyday mobility for people living with conditions such as MS or recovering from surgery. Advice is described as knowledgeable and patient, with questions answered fully, and aftercare and warranty support are noted as adding reassurance. Kindness, honesty and a willingness to go beyond what was strictly required recur across the accounts, including help given to a neighbour discharged from hospital.
