Can highly recommend this company. I've had to call them out on 3 occassions last year (for a stairlift installed by another company) and they came the same day and sorted out the problem each time. They were professional and kind to mum and they certainly don't overprice. Much cheaper than taking out a service contract but just as reliable. Thank you, Andy and team

Booked in my parents stairlift for an annual service. Andy was really helpful, booked me in the same week. Roy carried out the service and minor repairs. All round professional and work at a high standard. They even replaced the batteries on the remotes without charge. Reasonably priced, will be using them again. Thanks Guys!

Excellent. Called and spoke to Andy when requiring a stairlift for my mum in BD7. Very clear and knowledgeable about all things to do with stairlifts and gave great advice to make sure we got what we needed with no sales pressure and at a very reasonable price. Very straightforward, pleasant and friendly to deal with. Fitted a refurbished lift the following week in less than an hour or so with no hassle. After service care all explained also and seems all fine. Highly recommend to get a quote from Andy if you need a stairlift.

Andy very kindly came out at 3pm on Christmas Eve to fix my Mum's stairlift. With a newborn on the way and Mum's limited mobility, it was really important to have it working and he managed to get to us within an hour, fix the problem (a caught dress!) and also pop back to his workshop for some spares. Brilliant vital service - timely, personable and a wonderful duty of care. Such a comfort to know he's just in the next postcode!
