Stannah Stairlifts and Homelifts

Manchester customers who have dealt with Stannah describe a service that runs smoothly from the first visit to the finished job. Several reviewers highlight the speed of installation, noting that fitting a stair lift took little time and caused minimal disruption to the home, while a through floor lift completed in October was praised for the standard of workmanship and the professional manner of the team throughout. The recurring theme is the friendliness and efficiency of the fitters, who are described as polite and capable, leaving the property tidy once the work is done.

Reviewers also value the advice received before purchasing, with one account of a showroom visit from Nottingham singling out sales consultant Paul Marsland for his welcoming manner, depth of knowledge and willingness to spend time explaining how a home lift works, which helped the family feel confident about the decision. Independence is a point that comes up often: customers say the equipment has made a real difference to daily life, restoring the ability to move between floors without assistance. The business is also described as family run, a detail that reviewers link to the personal and attentive service they received.
