Called in today to see how much a charger would be for my wife’s mobility scooter. We are away at beamish on holiday with only one day left before we go home. We forgot to pack the charger. As we only had one day left it was not worth buying a new charger. They charged our battery and wouldn’t take any money for it. So I would just like to say a big thank you

We bought 2 riser recliner chairs in 2023 and developed a problem with the control mechanism on one chair. I rang up and someone came within the hour to see what the problem was. A new handset was ordered and within 2 days it was fixed. Great customer service and and a very nice cheerful person.

I have a TGA breeze 4 that was absolutely dead. Wouldn't charge at all after being left for 6 months over the winter. Totally my fault oops. Won't do that again. They came and collected it on Tuesday morning for a full service and repair. Promptly returned the following morning fully fixed. Very impressed with the service. Full description on all work carried out and very helpful tips on winter storage and future servicing intervals. 10/10 Well done guys.

We have used these in the past for mobility scooter repairs. They have always been excellent, fast service at a very reasonable price. Today we traded in a good but heavy scooter for a light weight one. The lady who served us was polite, knowledgeable but definitely not pushy. We came away with a scooter that was not the one my partner had seen but a scooter that was better suited to her needs. It was also £300 cheaper. Its not always about the £! Can't recommend this shop enough. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

Called here as we had problems getting my scooters back wheels attached to the front chassis. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable and my scooter was fixed there and then for me. Would definately recommend and will visit again if the need arises.
