Friendly, helpful, professional staff, onsite parking or at front of shop. We were uncertain of the length of hire period we needed, this was not a problem, just renewed by phone as and when.

What a wonderful, well informed service I had from this Centre. Their years of experience and expertise really shone and made my shopping experience a great one. They found the exact motor scooter to fit my condition and spent time getting it right. At the end of the day they advised me to buy from a local dealer ( I live 300miles south) rather than courier from them. All that excellent service and no sale for them. They were just happy to help me. If that's not five star service I don't know what is. Thank you.
Recently bought a new power chair and service was exemplary. It was too fast and too sensitive for my neurological condition but the technicians came out after a few days and adjusted it for me. I now have so much more control over it! They also replaced the charger, which hadn't been functioning. Their speedy assistance was much appreciated.
Arrived to collect my kymco fe lite scooter, such service, great chat with the owner Peter, and after Clearing documentation and being taken through the workings of the scooter, young Neil lifted it in my car for me. Cannot thank them enough, tremendous service *****.
