Can't praise this company highly enough, gave us options and advice on future stairlifts after fixing current stairlift. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service my mum had a problem with her stair lift try to sort it over the phone but they needed to come out. They were out within the hour fantastic service thankyou very much Kay.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The installation of the stairlift for my father was seamless and when he unfortunately died only a few months later the company were extremely compassionate and immediately offered to treat the installation as a rental resulting in my mother receiving a large proportion of the original cost back. I was stunned that a company would make such a kind gesture. Thank you!!

Had an issue with my mother's stair lift (not one of theirs), called these guys in (Joe was our engineer), I couldn't be happier with the service. Yes, he fixed the lift, as you'd expect, but it was his positive, polite, and respectful approach, that goes a long way with me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Outstanding service and would recommend to anyone. Anyone that can come to my house at 1pm to give me a price and full explanation of choices without trying to push a sale on me is a business that cares for their customer base. Further more to be able to supply and fit the item within four hours on the same day is nothing short of exceptional service. What fantastic service! I phoned on the Friday for a stairlift quote. When I explained it was for my terminally I’ll mum, they came out that afternoon. Phoned them on Monday to book it in, they managed to fit it in that afternoon! We went for a re-conditioned stairlift, which honestly looks as good new. Fitting only took an hour or so, minimal disruption to the stair area and now my lovely mum can come downstairs after 5 weeks of being bed-bound. Thank you all so much, I would 100% recommend to anyone
