4.9 / 5 · 614 totalUpdate: 23/07/2026- Having had the chair for 5 days now, I have been not feeling to happy with the chair, the fabric feels rough against my skin causing it to be sore. Plus the chair has been causing me pain in my legs, neck and back. It is not very comfortable and I called their customer services and explained what the problem was with the chair. He said he would speak with someone else in the office and put me on hold. When he came back he said he would call the store and ask them if I tried out the chairs and the fabric of the chairs that I had sat in. I told him that I had and that I couldn’t possibly know if they were suitable for me in that short time frame. He called me back and said that before it was a custom made chair and that only had a 48 hour window for cancellation, how can anyone know if the chair is going to be suitable in 48 hours when it takes 4 weeks for it to be delivered and installed in your home. He said that the chair could not be returned and that they would not be available to do anything else to help me with the situation. I am disgusted with his response and when you spend over £2,500. for a chair you expect to get a better response and understanding from a dissatisfied disabled customer. I will be never be dealing with this company again. Totally unacceptable service or lack of it from this company. Having visited the Nottingham branch we were greeted by Susie and she was very knowledgeable and really helpful with choosing a riser recliner chair for myself. She was very patient as I am a very indecisive person, she let us take our own time, as we have to get this right. We was also had helped by all the team - Sarah,Tracy and young man. It was a very hot day and the air conditioned showroom was a lovely welcome relief from the heat.
Caroline Goode welcomed me on arrival with a wonderful smile. She listened to me, understood my needs and guided me to look at 3 different scooters. I was able to try the fit for my car boot, how to break it into sections to fit in, the weight was important. I was given lots of time to consider options, didn’t feel at all pressured and came away with a great scooter, a bag for it, a battery cover in case it rains, a trolley to aid me in my kitchen and a bath stool. Great customer service. Tracy, who helped, made the whole experience smooth and easy. Strongly recommend it. I ordered a reclining chair for my mum. Better to order in person rather than online, so the staff can receive the well-deserved recognition for their help. Thank you so much Tracy!!
Went into Care.co last week to look at walking aids for my husband. Susie served us and I can’t thank her enough for the support and care that she gave us. We had a giggle about things and the whole experience was excellent. She showed us two walking aids and we took them out to the car to ensure that they fitted ok. We purchased one and it arrived the following day so well done Care.co and thank you Susie. You were fab!
Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. There was no pressure salesmanship, it was all about what was suitable for me and what I felt comfortable with. Given plenty of time to consider and compare before making my decision. I will certainly be recommending it to all my Parkinson’s friends.
We attended the Nottingham CareCo and spoke with Tracy. She was extremely helpful and friendly, she helped us decide on the right mobility scooter and was very knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time with us ensuring we understood everything and even helped us make sure it fit in the car. She then gave us time alone to discuss everything and there was no pressure or rushing for a sale. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you so much Tracy!
Purchased Zora Explorer Powered Wheelchair for husband a few weeks ago. We wanted something I could lift into the boot of the car, we considered lightweight scooter s but they were too heavy and he wasn't impressed. Caroline, Sales Advisor, showed us various powered wheelchairs... My husband was DELIGHTED with the Zora Employer, and the weight will is ok for me to lift. We have to say Caroline was terrific, not pushy, she guided us through the details of the chair. Very impressed with her... Thank you for your help Caroline
