Bought a used mobility scooter for my mother in law, great service and good prices.
I took my moterbillity scooter on holiday and unfortunately the air line damaged the freewheel lever, I contacted Prime to ask if they repaired scooters and was told yes. Unfortunately my scooter is discontinued and no parts are available anymore. I was pprovided with good customer service, my reply were fast and helpful, it is just a shame that we couldn't do business together. Thank you for your help trying to repair my machine.
My grandfathet purchased a mobility scooter from prime. A week later he unfortunatley passed away. I emailed prime who responded immediately and informed them of my grandads passing and asked if i could return the scootet as no longer needed. The team sent their condolences and supported me to return the scooter providing a full refund minus admin costs which i was very greatful for. Thank you
I contacted prime mobility through WhatsApp I couldn’t get my dads scooter to work so he talked me through everything to try and get it started but unfortunately it looked like the batteries had died with it being standing for a few years , as I didn’t want to sell it to anyone not working , they kindly come and picked it up for free always a quick response from them and was very helpful Much appreciated, thankyou 😊
