I was dealt with by Krystle, this is the 2nd time I have been dealt with by her. As before she was courteous, patient, and thorough and making sure I was satisfied in all aspects of my purchase before completing the sale. This kind of salesmanship ensures I will use Careco for any future sales
We went to careco with no prior knowledge of mobility scooters. Abigail who served us was very friendly and gave us all the necessary information that enabled us to buy one. She was extremely informative and answered all our questions. We needed it quickly but that was no problem. Abigail assured us that it would be delivered in one to two days. True to her word we received it in 2days. We are extremely pleased with it and does everything that Abigail said it would. Thank you Abigail
Bought two reclining chairs, have previously bought a scooter and a wheelchair and as usual the service was first class. You are never rushed and we were served by Lana who was friendly and informative.
After visiting Care Co showroom in Sheffield we were given a thorough explanation by Lana of everything we need to know when choosing a mobility scooter. Once we had made our choice and purchase we received timely information about the delivery. I have to say I am delighted with my choice, the Abilize Sport and the service from Lana and the company is first class
We was approach by Abbeygail at sheffield who was so polite, and welcoming she was very knowledge and went through everything in detailed She had a lot of patience with my 93 year old mum who isn't easy. Abbeygail was fantastic and a pleasure to deal with , nothing was too much trouble for her. Also the store is beautiful and very cool and comfortable. I will recommend to ftrends and family. Our first visit to a CareCo store, to buy a wheelchair for my husband who is having increasing mobility issues. We were met by a very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff who listened carefully to us, and quickly directed tous to a wheelchair that was exactly what we had been looking for. Thinking this was going to be a very difficult task, I was hugely relieved, and we left the shop after approximately 20 minutes having purchased the wheelchair, which is due to be delivered to our home is around 4 days time.
A positive experience from start to finish. Abigail was very knowledgeable about the products my elderly mum wanted and explained clearly how to use them. Would definitely recommend.
