I called Sheffield Mobility this morning and was able to explain the problem we were having with the family Scooter. After booking me in for a visit I was called back and offered a cancellation slot, which was very convenient. Stephen, the engineer, called me to tell me he was only 10 mins away. Stephen was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. He diagnosed and solved the battery problem immediately. We now again, have a fully functioning Scooter! I'm an very pleased as this will now allow my father-in-law to get his mobility back. Thank you for that!
My Uncle who is now over 100 years old and very independent relies on his mobility scooter which he uses almost daily When he says he needs tyres he needs then NOW, not in weeks of delay That's why I Phoned Kirsty at Sheffield Mobility who got the tyres to me within 24 hours and he got them Vat free. Truly Excellent Service. Many thanks I now have one very happy Relative who used his scooter within hours of Tyres being fitted.
Sheffield Mobility are a pleasure to deal with. They were super efficient when I was recently buying a new mobility scooter. The new model was delivered from stock the day following my confirmation, there was no pushy service, and everything was explained clearly. All the members of staff I have dealt with have been great. A big shout out to Sam who delivered and demonstrated the scooter for us, and to Kirsty who dealt with my numerous questions on the phone warmly, professionally, and gave good advice. Stephen attended my house today to look at a repair on my powered wheelchair. He was really helpful and knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. So glad I chose this company
I've used this company for a few years and have always been treated with polite and consideration. They are very efficient and Sam always talks and explains things which you can understand. I would fully recommend them for their service in both maintaining scooters and their sales team.
Had excellent service from Natalie, who had so much patience helping my elderly parents purchasing and trying out numerous scooters in the shop. Nothing was too much trouble. They both went away very happy. Thank you 😊
