Eden Mobility Sheffield

I went to eden today for a power wheelchair I was not sure what I wanted as this is the first time I have bought anything like this, the lady I saw was warm and friendly and welcoming, I had a test drive and I must say I was surprised it was so easy to work , i did ask if I could have a Zimmer frame included in my deal and they said yes I could, fantastic, nothing was to much trouble and if I need some more things i will be back there for sure thank you eden for being so nice,

Already dealt with this company before and had first class service and this time I wasn't disappointed either. I was trying ro find a chair for my 102 yr old Mother to help her get up and then recline.I gave all the details to Steph and Carol and they did the rest. I ended up with a EdenLibra petite chair ,which they allowed me to try and it was perfect. That was on 24/4/24 and it will be delivered on 30 /04/24. Again a first class service.

Carol was excellent helping us choose what we needed. Very patient. Did not push us in any way and gave great advice in using crutches etc

I went into Eden on halifax rd wadsley bridge, sheffield. today to enquire about a mobility scooter. Carol was there. She was amazing really helped me decided which one would be good for me. Did great demonstration. I finished purchasing one on credit. Ty so much Carol u were amazing

Took my elderly cousin for a riser recliner chair. From the initial consultation with Daniel in the sales office to dealing with Carol in the Sheffield branch every aspect of the experience was outstanding. Friendly professional and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. Outstanding value I can recommend Eden Mobility with no hesitation.

Took my Dad in this shop today 04/08/21 was looking to buy a Rise and recline chair for him, the man was nice on approach, showing us the different chairs they had, then we said we had some other places to view, he rudely just left us stood there, not a word and went and sat down in ignorance we didn't know what to say, I would never go in this place again. Rudest person i've ever met. Glad my dad at over 80 year's old told him so as we left..

Bought a mobility scooter from thils company 10 months ago and it kept stopping, so i reported the fault and they said there was nothing wrong with it. It kept happening so i rang them about 3 or 4 different times and still they insisted nothing was wrong and i got so fed up with it stopping and not getting no joy whatsoever from this unhelpful company i decided to ring another company to report the fault and they took it away to look at it and found out i needed a new motor which cost me 244 pound despite the scooter still being under guarantee so as far as i'm concerned eden should pay for it and i am absolutly discusted.by the way it treats it's customers.
