CareCo Stoke On Trent

Visited care co this morning in Stoke on Trent with mum she was after a mobility scooter we spoke to Robbie and he was extremely helpful in showing us the foldable scooters and explaining in detail about the difference in foldability, price, accessories and even insurance. In the end mum purchased one of the enigma range scooters. Very happy with the service.

I was helped today by John Chaddock and I could not have had a nicer, more helpful person to deal with. He answered all my questions and handled my enquiry in the most professional and friendly manner. I would recommend anyone to speak to John if they are looking for anything from the Careco range, or even just advice on the products. A nicer person you could not find. I thoroughly enjoyed my friendly conversation, made me realise how much I miss the lovely, friendly people in the Potteries. Thank you so much John. Gina Harvey.

We went in to look at a mobility scooter for myself. I had a good idea which one was the one I wanted and Leon made sure that was correct - with a tweak. I tried lots of different scooters and I must admit it was quite fun! Leon and ‘the boss’ had the right combination of professionalism and sense of humour. Thanks Leon for making quite a difficult time a pleasant experience!

I have been thinking of getting a bigger mobility scooter for some time and today decided to bite the bullet and go and look. Decided on Care Co and John was the assistant who made myself and my daughter most welcome showing us a wide range of options and we finally settled on one. Thank you John pity about the delay but that’s not your fault.

We visited Stoke on trent CareCo today. My wife was very nervous with her ailments, but John Chaddock. Was very helpful kind and caring towards my wife Veronica. John was very informative and listened to what she was saying. He spent a lot of time helping her chose the right equipment, made sure it was the right height and comfortable aswell. John was never pushy. We would have no problems recommending family and friends to go and see him.10 out of 10 John

Went in 22/06 to have a mooch and my friend needed to try out some items. Had lots of help off John and settled with a rollator trolley that suited my friends needs. Also tried a few mobility scooters for the first time and will definitely go back to try a few more & purchase from here. John was friendly and informative, patient & helpful. No high pressure pushy sales which was great for us. Thanks John 😊

John met us immediately at the door, introduced himself (I put a great store in that), then grabbed a transit to facilitate me to the wheelchair area. He explained the various types, the pros and cons expertly as I am a first- time wheelchair user. Offered me a drink, and was generally totally helpful. A genial host.
