StairBox

Ordered the stairs and they were delivered within two weeks. They arrived about 10 minutes early and early enough in the morning that I wasn't hanging around all day. The delivery driver was good and gave me a lift carrying the biggest bits, despite it being a curb only drop. There weren't any instructions with the stairs but all the parts were there and it was easy to figure it out. It took us about a day and a half to put the stairs in but we could probably have done it quicker if we weren't dealing with some other issues at the same time. The quality of the product is great. I am really pleased with it.

Couldn’t fault them for delivery or quality of parts supplied although looking back at the project I could have found slightly cheaper alternatives. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but like I say, they were quick at acknowledgments and delivery. Onwards with decorating and carpet fitting now!

This company are great to deal with & extremely efficient. The office staff are extremely helpful, answering any queries I had with low wait times when calling by phone. The website is intuitive & easy to use. Additionally, the delivery of the goods was seamless and the delivery driver, Lee is extremely helpful and courteous. We ordered 12 staircases at a very competitive price, with many more due to be ordered in the future. Keep up the good work. 10/10. www.cutwoodjoinery.co.uk

We have ordered 2 sets of staircases from Stairbox. We liked the first one so much and the customer service and delivery were excellent so we decided to order a second. Once again the product, service and delivery were excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

Great service, 4th order from Satirbox now, 2x staircases and glass bannisters to suit. Not quite finished. Deliveries prompt and on time, Carl gave me half hour notice as well today which is always useful.

Simple spindle and handrail diy job. Ordered parts from StairBox delivered undamaged. All fitted no problems very impressed. Just got to get carpets replaced now!

Staitbox, well what can I say. Fantastic! Ordered all my own parts to replace the old council stairs, made a mistake so had to call great friendly customer service. Delivery was quicker than expected and came exactly when they advised. All order delivered and in perfect condition. Recommend stairbox to anyone, thanks all involved especially in these tring times 👍 😀
