East Riding Mobility

What wonderful service. It's the first time we have used them but it won't be the last. I had a few minor problems with my Pride scooter but the biggest problem was finding someone to service it. They came out promptly at the time they said they would and delivered it back quickly.What a nice polite young man ....I think his name is Tom. He explained everything to us. I would recommend this company to everyone. They were great. Thankyou very much

Rachel goes above & beyond to provide fabulous customer care, advice & assistance. Good range of products for a small shop too I cannot recommend highly enough

first time shopping at this company, on greenwood ave , hull, rachel, knows her stuff, she made a point of helping us, we were offered a deal on a part exchange on my old scooter, which i took and my shiny scooter arrived later in the day, after been instructed on how the controls worked, and about the free warranty and insurance , i was scooting about on it after 5 minutes, if we ever need a mobility shop again, this is the one i will go to

Came and collected my husbands scooter , it had full service , new batteries and tyres re grooved, even though we thought we would have to replace the tyres , went above and beyond to help and save us money , then delivered back to us , won’t be going anywhere else in future x

Well don’t do what I did, I went all around town and search the internet before going to East Riding mobility. The first time shopping there I was looking for a walking stick with a seat. They were the only place in town that had ( and still do ) in stock . So when my battery on my scooter needed replacement I went straight there. Rachael couldn’t have been more friendly and professional, her understanding of what I needed was excellent. I must say that the main thing I found was that you go into the shop as a customer but come out as a friend. I for one will be telling everyone about them. THANK YOU for an excellent service at a very competitive price.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, very helpful and friendly. Great company to deal with. In my current position of trying to help a parent stay independent, they made one job on my list very easy and had a stair lift installed in just a few days!

Honestly so happy with these, Just gotten a scooter today and the service was quality the same as our scooter, have now finally got the freedom back of going out again so thank you it means the world. The staff are lovely, warm and never pushy so again thank you can't wait for tomorrow with a full charge 😀
