Eden Mobility Hull

Great service and very friendly

Impeccable customer service. Thanks for the help

Mandy was very very helpful in helping me to get the right walker.

Went to get an mobility scooter for my dad. The lady was very informative and helpful. We had to take the display model of the scooter he picked as they are no longer in production. I was however a little disappointed that they wouldn't discount it. We also in the full price we paid, pay for delivery which we didn't get as my dad took the scooter then and there. When I looked at the receipt I found that £150.00 of our full price display model was for delivery. They could have at least refunded that.

My father and i visited the holderness road store and we were looking for a wheelchair for my him as his mobility isn't good now, we were greeted very pleasantly by Tom one of your sales team, he allowed us to browse without being pushy as my father wouldnt of liked that, we've been to other shops and he hates the pushy sales pitch so we tried Eden mobility that day, Tom showed us all the ones suitable when we asked for his advice he explained to us both the ones he thought would be best for my father, my father being hard of hearing didn't phase Tom at all, patiently took his time making sure my father understood and how to fold it up, we were both happy and came away with my fathers new wheels. Thank you we'll be back for sure in the future

All the engineers that have come out to service my power chair have been brilliant. I had my new chair delivered on new year's eve and the engineer Mike was very friendly and even offered to come on his day off if I had any problems as he's be near on the 2,3 January, as it happens I didn't need to call as I'm so happy with me new chair.

Went in for a foldable walker, Debbie was very helpful. Couldn't do enough for me..
