We visited the Fareham branch yesterday and we were greeted by Jane. She carefully explained and demonstrated all the relevant electric chair options. The chair is coming tomorrow. What amazing service all through. Thank you so much.

I can’t recommend Jane at Eden Mobility enough she was a absolute star with my mum. We only went in for a walking stick, but Jane treated her like royalty, taking so much time to make sure everything was spot on. It’s rare to find someone who actually cares that much these days, but she’s a total diamond and made the whole experience so easy. Honestly, if you go in, ask for Jane; she’s a credit to the shop and we’re both over the moon!

Jane was so helpful today. I expressed the need for a lightweight wheelchair for me to be able to lift this into the car with ease. Jane explained the advantages of different wheelchairs and demonstrated the one I was interested in with patience. She was kind, thoughtful and I so appreciated her help. Jane is an asset to the company.

Getting over a broken hip and bought a pressure cushion so that I could return The NHS one on loan. Jane at the Fareham shop was great.So easy to talk to and made me feel at ease and that life was bearable for an oldie.

The lady in the store was lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. When I picked up the wheelchair, it was raining and I had to wheel it to the car. The lady covered it with a polythene bag so it didn’t get wet. (Sorry but I didn’t get her name). A very enjoyable experience, please thank her.
