Eden Mobility Portsmouth

Eden Mobility Portsmouth is a mobility equipment shop and disability equipment supplier in the North End area of Portsmouth, where the staff are consistently described as friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Ryan is named by several customers as someone who explains products clearly and answers questions without pushing a sale, while David is praised for the time he gave to an elderly customer, demonstrating mobility aids and discussing their features.

Something that features in review after review is the personal approach: instead of directing people towards the costliest option, the team asks about height, weight and how items such as walkers and scooters will be managed at home and in a car. Reviewers describe careful attention to matching products with individual circumstances, particularly for wheelchairs and mobility scooters, and the selection available for scooter users is mentioned warmly.

One customer notes that a new scooter was brought to their father at home and shown to him there. Being made welcome on arrival and receiving polite, unhurried attention recurs across the feedback, alongside a strong sense that nothing is too much trouble. The team is portrayed as supportive both during and after a purchase, with one reviewer stating they would come back for assistance or a newer model. Ryan's depth of product knowledge stands out.
