Mobility at Sea

We realized the day before our trip that someone in our party wasn’t going to be able to walk much for the cruise excursions. I emailed at 2 am and Alison added a light weight chair to the early morning ship delivery!!! Thanks for the incredible hospitality and saving the cruise!

This was our second experience of using Mobility at Sea and so impressed with the service provided from the initial consultation and booking with the Sales Representative and the subsequent the follow up telephone call to confirm our requirements and the delivery \ installation of the bed lever. The information and assistance provided meant we felt assured that what was being 'ordered' would be delivered to the Ship and installed and it was. As my Husband required the Bed Lever for assistance in getting in and out of bed it was really helpful and meant he had no trouble and did not need me to be there to help out. I know that Mobility at Sea provide a variety of aids and equipment for passengers with mobility issues and will definitely be a Company that I'd happily use again - already booked equipment for 3 (three) future Cruises :-) - as well as recommending them to friends and family.

Very good service, professional and knowledgeable. Quickly booked my required items and then answered a brief curiosity of mine. Getting me a wheelchair rental for MV Arvia in Barbados, which I had previously been told they did not service. Excellent, well done.

Hired a Vantage Stowaway mobility scooter, which was very easy to collect once at the port - Fantastic service and very comfortable, clean and well maintained equipment. Totally was worth every penny for the freedom it allowed getting around the ship with my family and being able to keep up with them rather than being left behind. Thank you Mobility at Sea - thoroughly recommend them!

Thank you Mobility at Sea you enabled my wife and I to have a wonderful cruise together. It was my first time using your service and the process was very easy. All of the staff are so very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to book all of the equipment that I would need. When I arrived onboard everything was set up in my cabin and the instructions and trouble shooting information were very reassuring. Thank you again for all of your help and I would recommend your service to anyone who is considering a cruise but is usure about hiring the equipment they might need.

I would definitely recommend using Mobility at Sea. They work with the cruise lines. Our scooters were in our cabin when we boarded the ship and charged and ready for use. I worked with Natasha and was wonderful. She knew exactly what my mom and I needed. She was always quick to get back to me and made the rental process so easy. The scooters we rented worked out great. They could fold up. We were able to use them on and off ship. We could also use them on the days when we were tendered into port. The scooters had two batteries. We never ran out of battery while using them. We were able to use them on cobblestone streets and inclines with no issue. I will definitely use Mobility at Sea again they helped to make our whole cruise vacation so much more enjoyable. A+++

Due to a last minute health condition I needed to rent a scooter for my 2 week cruise that sailed in one day. Sophie Smith with Mobility at Sea was so helpful. She took care of getting me a scooter for my cruise even though it was such short notice. She was able to rush the order through and my scooter was waiting for me at the terminal. Thanks to her efforts my cruise was so enjoyable and the scooter helped me get around on the ship and all the excursions that I went on. I would gladly use this company again if I ever need to.
