Hampshire Mobility

Jak provides the best service for my mobility scooter which I originally bought from him alongside a second one. He is very honest, punctual, great communicator with a good price too. His knowledge is second to none and I would recommend him to anyone.

We hired a mobility for my father while we spent the week in the new forest. The service was very helpful drop off was brilliant the scooter was waiting at our cottage on arrival and pick up on time and seamless. The scooter was a godsend so that my father could get around and enjoy the week with us. Thankyou Hampshire mobility.

Excellent wheelchair service by Jak today. He was on time, really nice and helpful, and it cost exactly what I was quoted. Thank you!

Contacted Jack about a lost set of keys for a mobility scooter, he was so helpful and responded quickly - we bought the Stirling Mobility scooter from him 18 months ago, he delivered it to my mother‘s Nursing Home, brilliant service

Jack was absolutely brilliant. Called in the morning and he turned up to see my mother in law a couple of hours later. Fixed the issue there and then and even did a test drive to make sure it was all good. Amazing service will definitely use if any if there’s any issues

I text Jak on Sunday to say I had a brake problem with my Upwalker. He came Monday afternoon and incredibly found a fault within 5mins. He was polite and friendly as usual and charged me a very reasonable price. Thanks once again Jak whom I recommend to all my disabled friends. A Knight in shining armour!!

Jak from Hampshire Mobility was great to deal with - he responded over the weekend when my scooter broke, was reassuring, followed up to order the parts and come and fixed the scooter before my trip! He was friendly, helpful and tidy. It was a great experience and I would definitely work with Jak and Hampshire Mobility again.
