Fantastic service from Adam. He took a lot of time helping my Mum find the ideal recliner, and had a great understanding of the products he sold and of elderly peoples needs. No hard sell, and help us ship to the Isle of Man. Highly recommended.

The bearded man in his van is a lousy driver, tailgating everyone. When he got behind us, he kept gesticulating, even though we too were held up by slower traffic ahead. It just creates bad publicity for the company and gives us a giggle at how angry he is.

Had a great service from Love Stairlifts right from the beginning. Andy gave us lots of good advice when we first went to the showroom and helped us to select a stairlift as we really didn’t know which one to choose or where to start. We had to move a radiator to allow the stairlift to be fitted and the team spoke to the plumber to explain to them how much space was needed. We were kept updated every step of the way and were never let down. On the day of the installation the guys were really professional and gave full training and left everything clean and tidy. Professional, reliable and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

What fantastic service & support from Lovestairlifts! My Dad was bed blocking in hospital unable to go home due to issues using the stairs. Previously my parents had been told that due to the layout of the staircase in the house a stairlift wasn’t a viable option. I saw Lovestairlifts could do all manner of designs and decided to give them a call. I’m so glad I did! From start to finish they were professional and understanding, dealing with myself regarding the quote and at no time tried to do a hard sell or put pressure on! The turn around was amazing from the initial assessment to fitting the bespoke made lift was only a few weeks. We were given a timescale which was met and we were constantly informed of the progress. Fitting was smooth and they were happy to visit my parents to demonstrate to family and carers the operation and position of the charging point (which was not in the usual position due to the stairway design) We as a whole family want to thank all the team at Lovestairlifts for your outstanding service! I would certainly recommend them to anyone but in particular if you need a curved design stairlift give them a call!!

Fantastic service from start to finish. The guys went above and beyond - ensuring the stairlift was up and running in order for my Nan to be back home for Christmas. Could not speak of them any higher. :) She was so happy with her easy to use sleek model fitted. Thank you so much!
