NI Stairlifts

NI Stairlifts is a family-owned stair lift business based in Northern Ireland. The company has several locations across Northern Ireland. It installs, services and repairs stairlifts and chairlifts for homes and businesses. It offers Acorn stair lifts, second hand stair lifts, reconditioned stairlifts and curved stair lifts.

Belfast customers needing a stairlift for a parent or relative describe NI Stairlifts as exceptionally helpful and professional from the first contact through to the follow-up after installation. Several reviewers highlight how quickly the work is carried out, with one installation completed in a single day, and the same theme of reliability and punctuality runs through the feedback. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the tidiness of the finished job: the fitters are described as extremely neat, leaving the hall and stairs clean, and one account mentions the area being vacuumed once the work was done.

Reviewers also repeatedly mention the patience of the installation team, who took time to explain how the stairlift operates to elderly parents so they felt confident using it. The range of new and reconditioned stairlifts is noted as offering good value, and the communication before and after the job is praised as friendly and attentive. The same people are described as professional throughout, with the result that families caring for older relatives speak warmly of the whole experience.
